DEUTZ Australia dedicated two years to developing the concept before introducing the new range in early 2019.

The most recent additions hit the market in September and have quickly become the preferred choice for our dealers, particularly for continuous and prime applications.
The DPS13DF, with a capacity of 13kVA, is an excellent option for hobby farms and off-grid homes. On the other hand, the DPS81DG, with its oversized alternator, is well-suited for dynamic load conditions.
According to Ben Jenkinson, the Business Development Manager at DEUTZ Power Solutions, these gensets have already established a reputation for their durability.
“We have observed that some of our dealers are successfully selling higher capacity units, which they previously struggled to compete with,” Ben states.
To ensure our dealers can effectively match these products to the needs of their clients, thorough training sessions were held throughout Australia and New Zealand in the first half of 2019.
“Our training sessions focus on providing a comprehensive product overview and technical application knowledge,” explains Ben.
In addition to offering state-of-the-art training facilities, our new Melbourne warehouse, three times larger than the previous one, serves as a central hub for warehousing and product testing.
“Bringing all operations under one roof has streamlined our processes. We have modelled our DPS factory distribution based on our existing DEUTZ engine supply chain model, ensuring seamless continuity across the business,” says Ben.
The new range was specifically designed to deliver exceptional performance by utilising genuine components within a high-quality package.
Ben highlights the strong performance of our dealers across the board, with sales in certain power segments exceeding expectations. Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
